You can't request a refund in Housing Connect. Contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 if you would like to request a refund. You will be supplied with a Credit refund application form to complete. Once the form is received by SA Housing Trust, it will take 2-10 business days to process.
Your SA Housing Trust account is organised into segments like rent charges, water charges, repair charges, private rental assistance debt. This will make it easier for you to read your statements and direct your payments.
You can request to change your payments if you are paying via the Rent Deduction Scheme (RDS) by submitting a new RDS form from 'My Enquiries & Forms'. If you are not paying via RDS, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
These are your unique reference numbers for each segment of your account. You will find them on your account summary screen next to the segment description. Keep them handy when you're making a payment.
Yes, you may be able to transfer credit between segments. Contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 for more information.
Try selecting the 'Home' button at the top left and navigate back to My Account to refresh your balances. If you still have questions about your balance, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
This segment contains any debt other than rent transferred from SA Housing Trust previous computer system. Contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 if you would like more information about a debt in this segment.
Online Card Payment is a secure way to make online payments using your credit or debit card. All you need to do is simply enter in your Payment Reference number to direct the payment to that particular segment. The SA Housing Trust biller code will automatically be added.

Complete the Direct debit application and return to SA Housing Trust via email: housingcustomers@sa.gov.au, post: PO Box 1669, Adelaide SA 5001, or visit your local office.
If you receive income from Centrelink or Department of Veterans' Affairs, RDS is the easiest way to make payments. If you're a tenant, it's a condition of your lease agreement.
If you need to make a payment before the start date of your RDS deduction, you can do this via BPAY, Online Card Payment or at the post office.

3. Select 'Make Online Card Payment' from the grey banner.
It can take up to 48 hours for a Online Card Payment to appear in your account, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes. Select 'Paying SA Housing Trust accounts' at the bottom of your screen. Then select BPay from the direct payment options.

Rent Deduction Scheme (RDS)
An RDS payment arrangement allows you to pay your rent, or other charges directly from your Centrelink payments to Housing SA.
Complete the 'Rent Deduction Scheme' form to set-up a payment arrangement.
Housing SA will only approve arrangements below the minimum repayment amount if evidence of temporary financial hardship can be provided.
Contact Housing SA on 131 299 to discuss your situation.
Only segments with a current debt will appear.
If you are a tenant, your rent and water segment will also appear.
Yes. When completing the 'Rent Deduction Scheme' form, select 'Other' from the 'Account Payment Reference Number' drop-down, then enter the payment reference number for the account segment you will pay to.
Centrelink will send you a letter telling you your start date, most likely from your next payment. You need to make other arrangements to meet your payment obligations before this start date, e.g. BPAY or pay at the post office.
If you are not ready for the RDS deduction to start from your next payment, don't complete this form. You will need to make payments using another method e.g. BPAY or pay at the post office.
Complete a new online 'Rent Deduction Scheme' form.
Select 'Other' from the 'Centrelink Payment Type' drop-down, and then enter in the payment type you are receiving.
